Resurrection Volleyball Club Winter 2025-2026

Welcome to the Resurrection Girls Volleyball Winter Season!
We’re excited to invite girls in grades 4–8 to join our JV and Varsity teams this winter. This program is a great opportunity for players to strengthen their skills in preparation for our competitive spring season.

Key Information
Registration: November 17 – December 15
Practices Begin: December 8
JV Practice: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:00–4:00 (first two weeks, then an adaptive schedule)
Varsity Practice: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00 (first two weeks, then an adaptive schedule)

Adaptive Schedule
While we’ll aim to keep practice times as consistent as possible, please note that basketball games will take priority in the gym. A detailed schedule for the remainder of the season will be shared within the next two weeks.

Volleyball continues to grow at Resurrection, offering students a fun and energetic environment to build friendships and develop their skills. All players will need knee pads for practices and future games.

Pickup Patrol
JV: If your child will not attend practice, please update Pickup Patrol with their after-school plans.
Varsity: Students may stay at Resurrection, become everyday walkers for added flexibility, or take the bus home and return for practice.

Resurrection Basketball Winter 2025-2026

Join the excitement of Resurrection Basketball! We welcome boys and girls to participate in this school-level basketball program within the FAA (Fairchester Athletic Association). Resurrection Basketball is not just about competition; it's an opportunity for boys and girls to learn, grow, and have fun together. The focus is on sportsmanship, teamwork, and enjoying the game.

Resurrection School will field 4 teams: 
  • 5/6 Girls Basketball
  • 7/8 Girls Basketball
  • 5/6 Boys Basketball
  • 7/8 Boys Basketball
 
Registration for the upcoming season is open from November 4th to the 28th. Practices start on December 1st and the season runs through March with two events, game or practice, per week.  
  • Games and practice are subject to change depending on home games and gym availability.
  • Girls team practices will be Monday/Wednesday 2:45 pm to 4:00 pm ( First 2 Weeks)
  • Boys teams practices will be Tuesday/Thursday 2:45 pm to 4:00 pm. ( First 2 Weeks)
  • Teams will participate in multiple games, held Monday to Thursday, schedule to be determined.
  • You will receive an email each Thursday with the practice and game schedule for the following week, 
  • Please note, that there is no transportation provided from the school to AWAY games, parents must arrange transportation.

Please note, because the Basketball program schedule may vary from week to week, we ask that you update your child's Pick Up Patrol dismissal plan weekly after you receive the following week's schedule on Thursday night.
  • For HOME practices and games please select "After School Activity" with a note "Basketball" for that day. If your child will not attend a HOME event, please update the daily plan with a dismissal option and a note "Will not attend Basketball". 
  • For AWAY games, your child will be dismissed based on the dismissal plan in Pickup Patrol for that day. Parents will arrange transportation to the game. Please update the dismissal plan if needed.
